Installer & receiving notes
Forward this page to your contractor. Use Print / Save as PDF for a one-pager on the jobsite.
1. Receive the crates
- Count crates against the packing list before signing the carrier delivery note.
- Photograph crate exteriors if bands, corners, or plywood show impact damage.
- Store upright in a dry, covered area — do not leave crates in standing water.
2. Unpack and match piece IDs
- Open crates carefully; keep foam and bracing until pieces are dry-fit.
- Every piece is labeled with a piece ID that matches the packing list and shop drawings.
- Dry-fit against openings before adhesive or mortar — report mismatches with photos and the piece ID.
3. Damage in transit
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the crate, packing, and stone.
- Include the packing-list line and piece ID in your email to info@limaxin.com.
- Replacements can air-ship when the schedule requires it; terms follow the project quote.
4. Spare material
On large architectural scopes, plan 5–10% spare for field cuts, edge repairs, and install breakage. Confirm spare quantities in the quote before production.
5. Installation boundary
Limaxin fabricates and ships. Your local contractor installs. We supply packing lists, piece IDs, and install notes — not on-site labor.
