Shipping & Incoterms
Factory-direct stone ships from Quyang in export crates with packing lists. Freight is quoted separately under clear Incoterms — FOB through DDP when you need door-to-door.
Incoterms we support
- FOB Quyang — you arrange main carriage from the named port.
- CIF — we cover cost, insurance, and freight to the named destination port.
- DDU — delivered duty unpaid to your warehouse or jobsite (duties by buyer).
- DDP — delivered duty paid when you need door-to-door clarity.
Preferred Incoterms are confirmed in the quote with destination city or port.

Damage in transit
Report within 48 hours with photos. Replacements can air-ship when needed. Returns policy detail is in site policies; project terms are confirmed in the quote.
