How we work

Common objections

How do you manage China quality and communication risk?

30+ years of stone craftsmanship in Quyang. Projects use shop drawings before production, physical sample kits, photo/video QC, workshop visits by appointment, and documented US installs. Start with How we work and Trust.

How long does custom fabrication take?

Typical custom fabrication is 8–16 weeks after shop-drawing approval, plus ocean freight of about 4–7 weeks. Schedule is confirmed in every quote. Benchmarks: About · lead times.

Who installs in the United States?

Your local contractor installs. We supply packing lists, piece IDs, and notes, and recommend 5–10% spare on large scopes. Printable receiving guide: Installer & receiving notes.

Why no fixed cart prices online?

Most pieces are custom. We publish planning ranges for budgeting; the final quote follows drawings and material confirmation — not a retail checkout.

What if stone is damaged in transit?

Report within 48 hours with photos. Solid-wood export crating is standard; replacements can air-ship when needed. Packing and Incoterms: Shipping.

Why not Fine’s Gallery or From Europe To You?

Those are strong retail / showroom options. Limaxin is factory-direct for drawing-led and trade / container scopes. Compare: Compare Limaxin.
