Fabrication Capabilities

Limaxin fabricates made-to-order marble and architectural stone in Quyang for luxury residential, estate, and hospitality projects. Capabilities span custom design coordination, CAD and shop drawings, CNC and waterjet cutting, hand carving, stone confirmation, QC, and export crating for U.S. delivery. Your qualified local contractor installs on site. Each capability below is a step inside one drawing-led path—not a separate product line. Links go to shop drawings, stone confirmation, QC photos, and export documentation for U.S. architect, designer, and builder projects.

How we work

Made-to-order fireplaces, mantels, columns, fountains, sculpture, and façade packages from measured openings, CAD/BIM/PDF, or approved references—not stock catalog sizes. Scope, stone, and profiles are confirmed before shop drawings are issued.

Pasadena Estate — fireplaces, fountains, columns, and balustrades on one property.

Architect and designer teams submit CAD, BIM exports, or PDF detail sets. Limaxin coordinates dimensions onto shop drawings for written approval before carving—especially for custom fireplaces, columns, and repeat modules.

Florida Residence — sixteen U.S. deliveries from one coordinated limestone drawing package.

CNC and waterjet equipment in Quyang cut profiles, openings, and repeat modules after shop-drawing approval. Complex ornament moves to hand finishing when the approved design requires bench detail.

Maryland Residence — columns, cladding, and stair modules from machined limestone.

Bench carving covers mantel ornament, column capitals, relief panels, and sculpture on approved drawings. Rough profiles are often machined first, then finished against shop-drawing detail.

Beverly Hills Luxury Estate — carved relief, façade moldings, and water features.

Species, finish, and vein direction are confirmed with physical samples from Quyang before fabrication—not screen photos alone. Application, exposure, and piece scale drive selection for each element on the drawing schedule.

Florida Residence — exterior limestone tone matched across a large façade package.

Inspection references approved shop drawings and agreed specifications before crating. Production photos document dimensions, finish, and piece IDs matched to packing lists.

Spokane estate package — pre-ship QC photos of the forty-three-piece marble program against approved shop drawings before export crating.

Finished stonework leaves Quyang in export crates with foam protection, piece IDs, and packing lists. Incoterms and U.S. handoff options are confirmed in the project quote.

Spokane estate package — forty-three solid-wood export crates with packing-list alignment, delivered DDU.
